VIP Tarot Mentorship Agreement
Please read the following terms carefully. By enrolling in the mentorship, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Commitment
I understand this mentorship is a one-on-one spiritual and intuitive container led by Violetta Alexis. I acknowledge this space is for my personal growth, healing, and development, and I agree to show up fully for myself and the process.
2. Package Structure
I acknowledge that my package includes one 60-minute Zoom session per week for either 4, 8, or 12 consecutive weeks, depending on the option I selected at checkout. I understand that:
All sessions must be scheduled and used within the timeframe of my chosen package.
Sessions do not roll over and must be used weekly unless rescheduled 24+ hours in advance.
3. Attendance & Rescheduling
I agree to give at least 24 hours’ notice if I need to reschedule a session.
If I fail to provide 24 hours’ notice or do not attend a scheduled session, I understand that the session is considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
4. Refund Policy
I acknowledge that all sales are final.
Once my mentorship has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
5. Communication Access
I understand that:
I will have access to text and email support Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Responses will be given within a reasonable time during those hours.
“Unlimited” support refers to emotional check-ins, clarifications, and guidance — not unlimited 24/7 messaging or emergency services.
6. Scope of Practice
I acknowledge that Violetta is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, doctor, or attorney.
This mentorship does not include medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for therapy or crisis care.
If I experience a mental health emergency, I will seek help from a licensed professional.
7. Confidentiality & Ethics
I agree to maintain confidentiality around anything shared within this mentorship.
I will not record, distribute, or repost any sessions or content shared with me unless given explicit written permission.
8. Personal Responsibility
I understand this mentorship is designed to support me as an individual.
Violetta will not provide third-party readings or coaching related to individuals who are not present in this agreement.
I take full responsibility for how I use and apply the information given to me.
9. Optional Tarot Education
I understand that tarot education is available upon request and may be integrated into sessions if I choose to pursue it.
This is not a certification or licensing course.
10. Agreement
