Have a personalized one on one Zoom call with Bratty! This will be a time slot of your choice to tell Bratty your situation and for her to do your personalized reading. After the order is received, Bratty will e-mail you an introductory letter.
After you and Bratty schedule your meeting, you will then show up at scheduled time for Bratty to provide the service requested. Bratty will attempt provide the reading, insight and direction to help you find a solution. Please understand that all readings may not be accurate.
A 5 minute grace period will be offered to clients that are late. Any time after that, will be counted towards your reading. It is your responsibility to show up on time. Orders canceled 24 hours or under will be refunded 50% of the original amount. If you need to cancel the order entirely, it is your responsibility to do so 48-72 hours before the scheduled reading. Once the service is provided, you will not be applicable for a refund.

A: Once you’ve placed your order, it will be sent to Bratty. Bratty will be able to see your e-mail address and will then send you an introductory e-mail to retrieve the information you need her to know.
Q: Are there any hidden costs after my reading?
A: No.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Tarot readings Bratty’s Tarot are considered a service and due to the nature of the service and labor involved are non-refundable. However if I am unable to perform the service, or I cancel BEFORE your scheduled time then you will be entitled to a full refund. However, if YOU cancel after payment is made but before I have started you will receive a 75% refund. Once service has begun no refunds shall be issued. If your reading was delivered late, you have the right to a PARTIAL refund. In most cases any refunds will be put back to the original form of payment and are subject to the processing time of the merchant account. Most PayPal payments go back within 24-48 hours, Stripe transactions generally take 3-5 BUSINESS days.

Q: Does Bratty do phone calls or live, private readings?
A: No. Violetta does not give out her phone number nor does she do Skype calls.
Q: How will I receive my reading?
A: After you respond to Violetta’s introductory e-mail that she sends after payment is received, she will record your video in the time frame that was ordered. Once your reading is due, Violetta will send you a private link to a Youtube video that contains your reading that only you and her can view. If you choose to share your reading with anyone, please remember that others can also share that link.
Q: I ordered my reading. Where is my introductory email?
A: You will receive your introductory email within two hours of payment.
